By participating in this Public Voting, all voters are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the following terms and conditions:​

1. The Public Voting will be held from 20 Jan 2025 - 7 Feb 2025 (Time is based on Jobs DB Hong Kong Limited’s server reception time)​

2. Each voter can register only once with one valid email address.​

3. Each category is limited to one vote from each voter. Voters cannot make any changes once they have submitted their vote(s).​

4. Upon successful submission, a confirmation message will be sent to the voter’s registered email. Please ensure the email is valid. Votes submitted by registration with invalid email will be removed and rendered as invalid.​

5. The personal information collected is solely used by Jobs DB Hong Kong Limited for the purpose of public voting. Jobs DB Hong Kong Limited will not share your information with any third parties.​

6. Jobs DB Hong Kong Limited shall have the right to cancel, terminate, change or suspend the Public Voting, and to amend the terms and conditions of the Public Voting without prior notice. Voters shall agree to abide by the above.​

7. Jobs DB Hong Kong Limited does not guarantee, and makes no warranties as to, the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of the Public Voting, nor does it guarantee that the Public Voting itself has no weaknesses or inadequacies. Voters shall be fully responsible for all the risks of participation and Jobs DB Hong Kong Limited shall not be liable for any loss to voters due to any circumstances.​

8. In case of any dispute, Jobs DB Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision.​
